Estimated delivery times are shown on the website and/or during checkout. Delivery times are counted as business days and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or delays caused by external shipping companies, security events, weather, strikes, force majeure, or incorrect customer details.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including full name, phone number, city, street, building number, apartment number, and any relevant delivery instructions.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
